What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. Information is collected when a person purchases an item from the website. A third party provider that facilitates a safe and secure payment advises Code 1 Medic that a payment has been made. The payment facilitator will provide Code 1 Medic with information on the customer’s order including name, shipping address and contact email.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it. We may from time to time, send you an email regarding our new products or discounted specials from Code 1 Medic. Code 1 Medic will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
